Community COVID-19 Vaccines

We are offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments based on federal and state priority guidance. Based on Michigan COVID 19 Vaccination Interim Prioritization Guidance.

All areas of the state may, as vaccine supplies are available, implement vaccination of people who are aged 16 and up.

We are currently administering the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Age indications for the Moderna vaccine are 18 years and older.

Please see the MDHHS website for the most up-to-date information regarding vaccination phases, and to determine if you meet the criteria:,9753,7-406-98178_103214---,00.html

If you meet current or prior phase criteria, we invite you to call our vaccine voicemail line | 906.483.1775

Please leave a message with your name and contact number. You will be placed on a waitlist and contacted once an appointment is available.

  • Please call only once. Do not call if you have previously left a message. All messages have been logged, and we are returning calls based on phase criteria. Calling more than once may cause delays.

  • If there is an opportunity for you to receive the vaccine at another entity sooner than we can reach you, please feel free to do so. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to streamline our process of providing the COVID-19 vaccine to our community members.

  • Vaccine clinics are by appointment only. No walk-in vaccination clinics will be held at this time.

  • Cancellation information: Please call our vaccine voicemail line at 906.483.1775 and leave a message if you need to cancel your appointment.

  • Please bring a valid driver's license and medical insurance information to your clinic appointment time. The COVID-19 vaccine is available at no cost to you. Vaccine supply remains limited and scheduling is based upon availability. We encourage everyone in our community to be a hero and get vaccinated once the vaccine is more widely available to our community members, hopefully in the coming months.
