Portage Health offers wheelchair clinics once a month. The wheelchair clinic serves all ages. At the wheelchair clinics we will:
evaluate your needs for a wheelchair or other assistive device.
make adjustments or adaptations.
make repairs such as fix a broken wheel or flat tire.

Registration
To register for a wheelchair clinic, please call your primary physician and ask for a referral. It is not necessary to have an appointment with your physician prior to coming to the clinic. For any other questions, please call (906) 483-1750.
