Brain and Nerves

Portage Health works collaboratively with Marquette General Health System to provide you with care for neurological conditions. With our state-of-the-art radiology department, we are able to conduct any test you may need right here in Hancock.

Rehab is a large part of treating neurological conditions. We employ full-time therapists that are certified in speech therapy and brain injury.

Conditions treated include:

• muscle disorders
• pain (especially headache)
• epilepsy
• neuritis
• brain and spinal cord tumors
• multiple sclerosis
• Parkinson's disease
• stroke
• myasthenia gravis
• muscular dystrophy
