Start your day the stress-free way through yoga in this non-judgmental, relaxed environment. Designed to improve flexibility, strength and power, part of each class will focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles and toning the core. You won’t need to shower after this non-aerobic activity, but showers are available. Beginners and intermediates welcome.
