The fall fitness group exercise classes are well underway, and this week the Portage Health Fitness Center is announcing a few edits to the schedule:
- Zumba has been added on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.
- Kettlebell Pump has been added on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6 p.m.
- An additional session of Indoor Cycling has been added Saturday from 8 to 9 a.m., beginning Nov. 9.
- Yoga classes have been removed for now.
