Western Upper Peninsula District Health Department confirms E coli cases

According to a press release from the Western upper Peninsula District Health Department on January 12, 2012, seven confirmed cases of E coli have been traced to our community.

We urge anyone who was ill with bloody diarrhea in late December and early January to call the Health Department at (906) 483-7382.

If you are currently ill, please call your healthcare provider, or visit the nearest urgent care center.
