Suffering from neck pain or headaches? Make sure to attend Portage Health Rehab’s free lecture on Monday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. The lecture will be at the Houghton rehab office, located on the second floor of the Portage Health University Center clinic.
“We will introduce general neck care practices to attendees, and suggest ways an individual can alter their habits to prevent problems from occurring,” said Jeff Collaer, PT, MHSc, MTC. “Our goal is to help you improve your everyday life by living with less pain.”
Participants will also hear about how physical therapy serves as an option to create independent management. The lecture is specifically crafted for people who suffer from acute-to-chronic neck pain or headaches.
Joining Collaer during the presentation will be Mark Kargela, PT, DPT. There will be a short question-and-answer session, and time for free consults by licensed physical therapists.
RSVP to this event on Facebook, and you could be eligible to receive a free Portage Health Rehab gift. Visit portagehealth.org/rehablectures to learn more about other lecture opportunities from Portage Health Rehab.
