Welcome Home
A hearth and a whole lot of heart make PortagePointe home to 60 of our area’s elder citizens. And like any home, ours has a garden, dogs, cats, fish, birds, bright open kitchens and living spaces with beautiful stone fireplaces. It’s a home we’re proud to call home, and one we know others will love to call home as well.
The list of services we offer is long and impressive, from skilled rehabilitation right down to individual private rooms. After seeing the full list of services we provide, you’ll see that if you, or your loved one, are in need of assistance, PortagePointe has what you need.
PortagePointe consistently receives high marks from organizations locally and across the nation. Our highly qualified staff and exceptional facilities will make everyone comfortable; like they are right at home. Among other things, we were one of the very first organizations in the nation to follow the much-heralded Eden Philosophy.
