    Portage Health sponsors many fitness events in the community. Sometimes choosing to participate in an event doubles as a healthy goal. Check back often to see what events are coming up next!

    Boot Camp

    Take your fitness to a whole new level with Bootcamp! You will push your limits while trainers push you further, maximizing your results.

    Portage Health - Houghton M & W: 5:30-6:15 p.m.

    Indoor Cycling

    Indoor cycling classes are an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more! Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants – participants set their own resistance levels.

    T & Th: 5:30-6:30 p.m.

    Sa: 8-9 a.m.

    Core Combo

    An excellent full body, functional fitness workout focused on strengthening the abdominals and toning the core.

    Portage Health - Houghton M, W & F: 10-10:45 a.m.

    Total Body Circuit 

    A 30-minute class to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness using a variety of equipment.

    Portage Health - Houghton T & Th: 8-8:30 a.m.

    Cycle Fusion

    This class combines the cardio challenge of indoor cycling with strength training and core exercises. Great for all levels!

    Sa: 9:30-10:30 p.m.

    Core Cycle

    Cycling combined with a great core workout, all in 45 minutes.

    Portage Health - Houghton T & Th: 4:30-5:15 p.m.

    Shake, Strengthen and Tone

    Cardio plus a variety of exercises to strenthen and tone the entire body.

    Portage Health - Houghton T & Th: 7-7:45 a.m.

    Mat Pilates

    Work on strength, balance, flexibility and posture in the this total body workout.

    12-12:45 p.m.

    OR

    6:15-7:15 a.m.

    Yoga

    Challenge your body and improve overall fitness. This yoga class blends power and balance to increase strength and flexibility.

    Fitness Classes 16-session punchcard: $72 (non-members; $48 (members)
