Take your fitness to a whole new level this summer with Adventure Bootcamp. It's the most challenging workout you'll ever love. Groups will meet four days per week at varying outdoor locations.

Jump start your summer with a Bootcamp designed for the over 40 Baby Boomers! Cardio and weight workouts to challenge and increase balance, endurance and strength. Group will meet three days per week at varying outdoor locations.

This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants – participants set their own resistance levels!

This class combines the cardio challenge of indoor cycling with 15 minutes of strength training and core exercises. Great for all levels!

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will keep you coming back for more! Get a kick butt workout that strengthens and tones the entire body in just 30 minutes!
Combine 20 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of Mat Pilates for a total body workout.
F: 9-10 a.m.
Challenge your body and improve overall fitness. This yoga class blends power and balance to increase strength and flexibility. Classes will be held along the waterfront next to the Super 8 Pavilion in Houghton.
