With all the fitness classes we offer, there is no excuse not to join in. First class in the session is FREE!
To ensure class availability, please register by 7:30pm the day prior.
This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants – participants set their own resistance levels!

Cycling combined with a great core workout, all wrapped un in 45 minutes.
A foam roller is used to perform self myofascial release, providing deep compression to the muscles in order to help break up and relax adhesions found between muscle layers and their surroundings. This class will help improve muscular balance and flexibility while reducing poor movement patterns, premature fatigue and injuries.
