    With all the fitness classes we offer, there is no excuse not to join in. First class in the session is FREE!

    Water Works!


    Immerse yourself in the latest addition to our group fitness class lineup. Join us in the warm water pool at the Magnuson Hotel in Houghton on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11-11:45 a.m. This workout uses low impact water resistance for full body conditioning. For gentle-on-the-joints exercise, Water Works. Changing area, shower and towels provided.

    Start your fitness off on the right foot with a professional who will ease you into an active lifestyle. This class is designed for those interested in starting an exercise program or expanding into newer areas and perfect for those unsure of how to get started.     Indoor Cycling

    This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants – participants set their own resistance levels!

    Cycle Fusion

    This class combines the cardio challenge of indoor cycling with 15 minutes of strength training and core exercises. Great for all levels!

    TRX Blast

    This class combines TRX Suspension exercises with various resistance equipment into a functional and powerful circuit training class. This circuit format is perfect for those on the fast track to reaching their fitness goals and busting through a workout plateau.
