    Portage Health sponsors several fitness events in the community. Sometimes choosing to participate in an event doubles as a healthy goal. Check back often to see what events are coming up next!


  • Fitness Classes - Fall Session

    With all the fitness classes we offer, there is no excuse not to join in. First class in the session is FREE! 

    A combination of yoga/core exercise to improve back and abdominal strength and improve balance and posture.

    Class Where When

    Indoor Cycling

    This class is an amazing cardio challenge made up of varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs and more. Music will keep you on the proper pace while keeping you thoroughly motivated. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants – participants set their own resistance levels!

    Cycle Fusion

    This class combines the cardio challenge of indoor cycling with 15 minutes of strength training and core exercises. Great for all levels!

    TRX Blast

    This class combines TRX Suspension exercises with various resistance equipment into a functional and powerful circuit training class. This circuit format is perfect for those on the fast track to reaching their fitness goals and busting through a workout plateau.

    An excellent full body, functional fitness workout focused on strengthening the abdominals and toning the core.

    Enjoy fitness and friends for this fun, socially interactive class designed to maintain and improve daily active-living skills. Designed for all activity levels, beginners encouraged to attend.

    Core Yoga

    A combination of yoga/core exercise to improve back and abdominal strength and improve balance and posture.

    This class will lead you through full body energizing stretches and help you improve your range of motion, posture, and mobility.

    Get RIPPED with a strength class that will challenge your body in new and exciting ways! Gain strength, tone up, and burn calories by flipping tires, battling rope, pumping iron and using various equipment to maximize your results. Get RIPPED this summer!

    Yoga Fusion

    A combination of cardio, strength and stretch for an overall mind/body experience.

    BoSu Step

    A high energy step workout with a twist! The choreographed routines improve endurance, balance and core stability using a BoSu ball along with incorporating step aerobics.
