The Portage Health Dialysis Center, comprised of 12 hemodialysis stations, provide care for patients in need of dialysis. The services we provide encompass all aspects of care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Our nurses provide assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
